Biasanya pihak EO akan menghubungi Bapak. Termasuk informasi ttg voucher yg dipilih apa. Kl sudah dihubungi artinya sudah diproses dr reseller Bapak. Tinggal Bapak tunggu aja prosesnya. Sebaiknya Bapak hubungi langsung ke EO (kl saya dulu Anefour kl gak salah) utk tau update terakhir. Kl masih blm puas jg.minta contact Principal (HP) yg menjadi PICnya, reseller harusnya punya. Biasanya dia akan menjelaskan knp lama proses dst.dst..
Sabar aja Pak. Mudah2an masih ada rizki Bapak.
